Billing issues

I have called several times. Every week for two months. I was charged for a balance transfer of 407.06 twice. First bill July 31 2017 ,second time Aug 31, 2017 . On July 31, we had a credit of 549.89 so that covered 407.06 . I have spoken with several people and each time I receive a different excuse. I have also received a credit collection notice for 259.89 which I was told it was part of the balance transferred.. This is not right. This needs to be corrected.
