Billing inquiry

We called Comcast to inquire about billing increases today. It was impossible to hear or understand the representative because of the noise going on in the call center. It sounded like a party, with laughing, yelling, whooping, screaming of lots of people. Is there another number we can call that will result in a professional environment on the other end?
