Billing for services not received

On November 15 2017 I returned all my tv cable and wifi equipment to an XFinity Store in Ft Myers and was advised by the attendant that my services would be terminated and that I should look to the next bill to confirm that.  No receipt was given. Since that date I have been billed for services through January 2018 for services that I cannot receive and thought were terminated.  I am being dunned by credit who have no authority to deal with this.  I have been assured on three occasions the latest of which was last week that the matter would be resolved.  Tonight another harrassing call from credit.  NO RESOLUTION!!!

Hi ironmanjon -- I can help with this billing issue. Please send me a PM with your name, full service address, and either phone number or account number for authentication. I will review your account to confirm what you have said and remove any charges that should not have been billed to you.
