Billing complaint

I was Charged $60.00 To have service technician come out and replace their defective box.  Tech told me many of the new boxes are defective.  No warning given about the charge.  Two months a prior defective box was replaced for free.  Was offered a $20.00 adjustment but no more.  I am very disatified as I was told there had been no policy change except now they want an extra $4.95 a month service fee for a guarantee not to charge.  I guess $160.00 a month is not enough to get them to replace their defective equipment for free.
