Hello my name is Herbert Evans, back in July I called in and brough in bank letter stating that Comcast had request for a $50.00 or someone in your office misaaply payment from my acct to someone else acct. Still have not received any words regarding my issuer. Your office open my case and then close it wothout follwing up with me. They don't have my info from the bank or letter that i drop off several time. i have been to cocast location where I gave all the info was request from your office I believe he quite or tranfer? I called and came in your offices. Very very poor customer service. I will be in Saturday to discuss my issuer and pay my bill. I may have to drop my service I called over your phones and poor cust. ser. skills. I work for cables company for over 15+ years I understand and know how your system works and what can happen to a payment.
