Billing and Tech - Poor Quality

We had our outdoor Xfinity connecting wire severes by a third party construction. Technician from Xfinity came to our house repair that on 3/23/2018. During that repair, Service agreement was changed by technician. I, the customer, disputed these new charges that were put on our account by Xfinity with billing department via online chat. Xfinity Billing Representative said thespecifically described charges would be removed. Xfinity Billing representative lied, and actually removed a previously purchased movie.
