I have been a longtime customer of Comcast.  I am about to sever my relationship as I have become frustrated with the ever increasing costs of being connected.  My bill is approaching $300 a month and I understand their will be another rate increase in the new year.  I talked with Customer service during the summer and was told I would get an adjustment in rates.  That lasted on month before they rose again.  What do I have to do to get a better pricing plan. short of reducing my service?

We don't want to lose you as a customer.
