Billing after I cancel

I’m moving out of my apartment on July 31st, and have an appointment scheduled for that day. I just got new charges saying I’m being billed for a full month from July 29th to August 28th but I cancelled before August 1st and will have the equipment picked up before the first of the month. Every time
I try to manage my plan or hat with a rep an “error” occurs. I’m not going to pay for a month that I’m not using. How do I change this?
