Billing Error is Impacting Credit Score

I am seeing this type post over and over. We moved states, but stayed with Comcast. We returned all the equipment and have a zero balance letter from Comcast. Much to my surprise, frustration, head banging against the wall, Diversified Consultants has placed us in collections. For what??? The Collection Agency says to take it up with Comcast. Comcast says to take it up with the Collection Agency... And the fun continues.


Has anyone else been stuck in this loop? Any help is appreciated!
