Billing Date / Rate increase

I was told that my bill would increase next month as my agreement ends this month, but after logging in I see that the rate has increased by 30%.  Although I have enjoyed the service this level of price increase is too much.  Who can help to reduce this to help keep my billing consistent so I do not have to change providers???
