Billed too much can't use bank account have to call constantly about bill

I have in Sept bundled tv internet and home security and have had nothing but issues since then. Billing is wrong and they have to give credits and research it and still have not gotten bank instrument block matter fixed after 3 months. I'm regretting switching service ... I'm hoping someone in the company can help fix these constant issues since you can't talk to their collection department that put this block on the account...Comcast plz fix this
