Billed for returned e-check inaccuracy

I was billed $30 on my current statement for a returned e-check from my last month payment.
I have records I can provide from my banking that I had proper funds in my account, that cleared, that do not account for this. Nothing bounced or was invalid. No information on my part changed.
I would like to be messaged about this to clear this up, please
