Billed for boxes I don't own.

I was built several months for boxes I did not own. It was about $120 in charges for those boxes. I was given the run-around about 3 months credit. But ultimately I was told that I would be given a hundred and $120 that I was billed improperly. Every other month I kept checking to see if that credit was applied. We are going on 8 months now that I've been waiting for these credits to be applied to my bill. In that 8 months I've called 3 times to remind them about this credit. To make matters worse Comcast has started charging me for those boxes again. They have already confirm that I do not have the boxes they keep trying to bill me monthly charges for.
