I was speaking with my Dgtr in law about my bill and she suggested I go on line to see if I can get some relief from my bill. 

Special Customer Loyalty/Retention line????

We have been with Comcast/Xfinity for years and years.   Was in Grass Valley and then transferred to Roseville.  We are now on a fixed income and would like to pursue if we could get some special pricing/promotion or loyalty to lower my bill.   We live within a block of each other and we pay considerably more.   Please advise.
