Bill went up twice in 2 months

My bill went from 148 to 165 to 196.  

I can't afford 196. I understand a promotion ended my my phone services hasn't worked from the day I got it. I have called and they reset the signal and the phone numbe always says non working, the app never works, and this has been for a whole year. When I moved they changed my number even after I asked them not too and both numbers never worked. Now I am paying close to 200 for a triple play that is still a double play for a year.
