Bill went up $30 after promotional period

I was talking to a chat agent last week about upgrading to a new plan and he offered me 150mbps 150+ latino channels + hd with hbo all for a total of $127 after taxes. My plan expired this week and that offer is no longer being made, was just with a chat agent offering me 60mbps for 124+, I still need the latino channels for my parents. Any way of helping me out here? there seems to be no good deals at the moment, my bill went from $101 to $134.
