Bill way over $300 and I pay on time every month

My package was changed in June 2017 and I think is where this problem lies. I have 2 boxes of equipment you sent I have never used in the trunk of my car that will be returned ASAP. I'm not going to be punished for paying my bills on time. It's Christmas yet I cant rent a movie cause you think I don't pay my bills. I have all bank statements that prove this. Please don't lose another customer to Direct TV.
