Bill too high

I'm a senior citizen and just  started receiving my soc sec checks. My HDPremierXF tripple play bill is now $220. I cannot afford this and was offered a $35 discount off of the main portion of the $176 bill by Customer Solutions. New customers are being offered $119. I was thanked for being a customer since 2004 but was told that I couldn't have that rate.

This has my wife so angry that she wants me to look into splitting up our service over local broadcast, YouTubeTV and Century Link.

I'd really rather stay with Comcast........ but.....
