I am really fed up with the fact that my bill only comes in the mail a few days before it is due! Why can't it be sent a week to two weeks before due date? Would seem a simple task. I do get reminder calls starting the day due with no issues. Totally rediculeous!
Mail your bills in a timely manner and you will be paid prior to due date.
Hi durbrowm, thank you for reaching out and I understand you concern. I do want to remind you that you can also view your bills through the online portal, and if you prefer you could sign up for Eco billing and a copy of your bill will be E-mailed to you every month.
I am well aware of those options but it is not the procedure I use to make payments. Bottom line is the paper statement triggers payment at the end of the week recieved. If it is recieved later than the payment will not process timely.
