Bill notifications

For the last few months Comcast has failed to send me an email notification that my bill is ready.  My account settings have always had email notifcations turned on.  Anyone else having this issue?

Hello UNCNU. Have you checked your spam folder to see if these messages were mistakenly marked spam?
