Bill is too high, seems like we're paying double for Sports Package

Our bill is ridiculously high and continues to get higher. It also seems like we're paying twice for the Sports Package since it is supposed to be already included in our package. We can also get the same services with Verizon for more than half the price of what Comcast is offering. Even though we have been loyal Comcast customers for years, we just may have to cancel our subscription if this cannot be resolved. What happened to the days when Comcast took care of its loyal customers?
