Bill increased

I have been a loyal customer for 30 years & just received a significant increase in my bill. I spoke to customer service and the customer loyalty retention department and they didn’t seem to care and gave me options where to return my equipment without trying to keep me as a customer. I hope AT&T will be happy to get me. So disappointed
