Most bill increases of more than a dollar or two are due to promotions expiring.As these are customer to customer message boards, we cannot look at your account or make changes.You will need to contact Comcast at 1800COMCAST/1800XFINITY, via online chat, going to a local service center, email, Twitter, Facebook, or the Comcast Direct Forum.
I've been with Comcast for almost 3 years now. I have the triple play package which did jump in price last year, but was still managable. I just got my new bill today and it had a $90 increase. Tell me that isn't excessive.
