Bill due 1/21 paid in full on 1/30-LATE FEE?

Hi,

I can't seem to find any sort of solid answer on this. My bill was due on the 21st of Jan I paid the balance in full on the 30th. I have an excellent credit score and my payment history with Comcast in the 8 months that I have been a customer is flawless. 

Will I be charged a late fee on my next bill for paying 9 days after my due date? Some information I have read describes grace periods of differing durations, and some information I have read says it must be paid ON the due date your a late fee will be assesed. 

I did not receive a late payment notification in my email.

Are you able to tell me if I will be charged a late fee on my next bill?

If you paid your bill in full after your new bill was generated, you most likely would see a late fee.

Based on the dates of my past bills, my next bill will not be generated until Feb 6th. I paid the balance in full yesterday.

Hi Cduval04, you will incur a late fee if you make a payment 1 day after the cycle date.  If you would like I can see if a late fee on your account, please send me a private message with your account information (your name, address and account number).
