Bill Notification emails

In the last couple of months I and others have not been receiving email notification that bills are ready.  And yes, that feature is enabled in the account settings.  Any one have a clue?  Or do I go back to paper bills?

I can review your account on my end to see to see what could be causing this issue. Can you please verify your first and last name, full street address, and the phone number or account number associated with your services in a private message?
