Bill After Cancelling

I cancelled my service in the middle of February and was told that I shouldn't receive another bill and that I would be getting a partial refund.  However, I just received a small bill for a little less than $20.  Can someone verify that the bill is correct?  For some reason I can't see my bills online anymore and I don't have the one I got in the mail.
