requested cancellation back in december due to no service at my new address, yet i got another bill.

Hello dmalms. It may have taken a few days for your account closure to finalize, thus causing an erroneous bill to be sent. If you would like me to check your account to confirm if that is what happened, I can certainly go over it with you.
