Beware of Autopay via Comcast.

This past month Xfinity withdrew my monthly payment and did not update my account balance.  Then they send me a letter indicating that I would be charged a late fee and that they would now be taking $309 for my next autopay.  I contacted them a week ago and the billing representative assured me that the issue would be resolved and that it was likely a system issue.  I am still waiting for my account to be corrected.

 

Needless to say I have opted out of AutoPay.   I find Xfinity service, billing and overall attention to matters that affect the customer to be horrible.

 

Beware of AutoPay.  It is not worth the $5 monthly discount they give.
