Beware. They add charges.

Xfinity has decided to randomly add charges three months ago for a Latino package I did not order.  This has been going on for the past 3 months without my authorization.  I am warning people to look for added charges that you didn't order.  I don't get paper bills anymore, so I wasn't diligently checking them.  I assumed Xfinity would be honest and trustworthy.  Well, I won't make that mistake again.  Then it takes an hour and a half to try and rectify it.

Hello traderkat64. We apologize for any inconvenience. There should never be any charges added to your account with your approval. I can assist in reviewing your account for this package that you did not order.
