I signed up for a plan a year ago and when the year ended, the price of my account increased dramatically. I have visited the Xfinity stores to see if there is a better deal or even if I could get a good price with a contract but they never seem to be able to help because I am not a new customer or looking to add services.
I have Internet and TV right now, and the price is becoming prohibitive to me. And I am barely getting any TV channels worth the price. I get the same ones. minus the free HBO with just an external antenna, so why pay for cable tv if I'm not getting any channel I want? If I'm going to pay almost $80 a month I want more for my price or a better deal for the little I do have. Can anyone help me?
