Best way to negotiate service change?

Hi.  I got laid off (yaay- not ) and need to make SIGNIFICANT changes to our TV/Internet/Phone as part of a "circle the wagons" home budget. 

I spoke with someone at Xfinity but they only presented the options of a 10-15% discount and keeping my current service, or leaving Comcast/Xfinity altogether. The discount, while appreciated, just wasn't gonna cut it - but we would like to stay Xfinity customers.

Ideally I think I need to drop down from a triple play (phone/TV/Internet) to a basic double play (TV/Internet) and maybe even drop our current cellphone carrier and move to cell phones to Xfinity Mobile.

Any suggestions for where at Xfinity I should reach out for the best outcome would be greatly appreciated.
