So I saw a while ago that my 10$ AutoPay and EcoBill discount had disappeared from my bill. I contacted CS through chat. Was told that they were gonna fix it and give me a 10$ credit for last month.
I check today and see the 10$ credit but still no discount. I contact CS through chat again and am told it's gonna be fixed but that it's a 5$ discount?
Can somebody tell me what's the real amount for the discount? I could have sworn it was 10$.
Hi, GilbertR - Apologies for the delayed response. I reviewed your account. You had a promotional price for your package that required an EcoBill and AutoPay enrollment. The $5 EcoBill discount is different from the promotional price you had. Some packages are eligible to receive a $5 EcoBill discount and some are not.
