Auto / ECO discounted offered and then denied months later... have it in writing and still denied.

When I signed up for my current plan, I was told verbally and it popped up on the screen that a $5.00 auto pay / eco bill discount would be applied.  That was back in November and it is has yet to be applied.  I was told by 3 Customer Service reps it would be applied "next month", until just a few weeks ago I was told now my plan does not offer this discount even though I have it in writing PLUS the chat window transcript from 2 of the 3 chats I had with customer service.  Anyone else have this issue?
