Attempting to contact Comcast Employee via PM

As the title states, I am attempting to message a Offical Comcast Employee/Moderator and I read that new accounts are not able to send PMs. However I am trying to upgrade to the 4K cable box and read a post where a Moderator said to message them to get that setup. Would someone be able to help me with this?

Never PM an Official Employee or Expert unless requested.  Sending an unsolicited PM is a violation of Forum Guidelines.    Unless the Official Employee requested you specifically, please do not PM them.
