If my bill to comcast is dated December 24 why would you expect me to pay it 24 days in advance? Why woud you block me out of your home page FOR THE PAST MONTH for me to pay early? This is an insult to your customers.
I'd like to review your account for you and get more details of your problem with accessing the Homepage as that sounds like there may be an error. Your PM doesn't work I could not get a curser to type the info your requested. Besides, even though your forum site looks official I'm not sure it is. Please have a tech call me. If you are for real and are real you have my email address and from that you can access all my account records with my phone number. Either that or give me an extention to a tech from the comcast base number.
