Anyroom DVR Service

This charge just started showing up on our bill. We do not (don't think we even can) watch DVR programs on any TV but our main set. Why are we being charged for something we did not ask for? It's enough that the TV adapter boxes jumped in price, but now another charge for unwanted/unneeded services? Customers for over 20 years. I feel cheated.
