AnyRoom DVD cost

I found an explination of the AnyRoom DVD billing on the Forum Archives, but I still have a question.

This is my Xfinity Package;

Your XFINITY package $144.99

HD Preferred XF Bundle $144.99 Includes Digital Preferred, Starz, HD Technology Fee, TV Box, Performance Pro Internet and XFINITY Voice Unlimited

Includes $29.96 Bundle Discount

The response to the archived question states; "I can understand why how this would be confusing. To clarify, the Anyroom DVR charge is the actual charge for your DVR box, and is required since not included in your promotion. The HD Tech fee is included in your package and is the required in order for you to receive HD channels. If the HD Tech Fee was not included in your package with your promotion, you would be the billed $10 for the Anyroom DVR + $9.95 for the HD Tech Fee. "

I am also being charged for the following equipment;

Equipment & services $35.89

Service to Additional TV $5.99 with TV Adapter

AnyRoom DVR Service $9.95

Service to Additional TV $9.95 with TV Box

Internet/Voice Equipment $10.00

If I am getting one TV box included in my Xfinity Package, why am I getting charged for each box in my home?
