Another Annual Rate Increase

I’m experiencing the same issues I had last year with annual rate increases. This year I was able to get someone on the phone, fortunately, but it turned into a conversation to up sell more products than to help me get my rate back to where it was. I would really like to avoid the threat of cancelling service, and skip to the part where someone can help.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
