I moved to a new home and my new address wasnt in the system or not serviceable. The representative that I spoke with told me to wait for comcast to call me back. However, I never got a call back from comcast and whenever I call the customer service, I got an answer that there is no ETA and to be patient. How do I know if my area is within the comcast footprint and servicable at all, if so how long should I wait ?
