Address not serviceable.

I moved to a new home and my new address wasnt in the system or not serviceable. The representative that I spoke with told me to wait for comcast to call me back. However, I never got a call back from comcast and whenever I call the customer service, I got an answer that there is no ETA and to be patient. How do I know if my area is within the comcast footprint and servicable at all, if so how long should I wait ?

Re: Address not serviceable.

jagruth -- Thank you for sending your information via PM. I was able to locate your serviceability request and speak with our serviceability team about your address. They have responded back that we do not have an ETA at this time for extending service to your area. We recommend checking back with us from time-to-time to see if we have any new information on your address.
