My account # is <Edited. Private Information> I have performance internet plus blast speed but in my online account when I go to 'Manage my Plan', following fees are being charged:
Regional sports Fee: $5.00
Broadcast Fees: $7.00
TV Franschise Fees: $4.06
TV FCC Regulatory Fees:$ 0.09
TV PEG Fee: $0.35
TV Sales Tax: $6.27
My questions are:
1. How can I request refund since I do not have tv connection at all? I only use internet.
2. How can you make sure that these charges are not levied moving forward?
I have copied screenshots as well.
