A rep lied.

I spoke to someone this past week explaining that the promissory of 225 would be paid by July 15th and they would not cut me off. Well today I was cut off and told that I had to pay that
Apparently the person I spoke to did not put that in their notes as it's cut off because I chose to pay my electric so my 4 kids had A.C. and now all 4 kids are in tears because there is now no tv and internet. Apparently the womans word means nothing as she does not know how to leave a note on my account. So upset but not as much as my kids are. Happy 4th of July to my kids.
