I got billed for an $70 residental trouble call on December 28 even though a technician never came to my location. The billing support couldn't remove my charge even after I explained that no technician came and there was no issue with my internet, which also meant I would have no reason to call for a technician visit. I have seen many others with the same issue on the Xfinity forums and I would like to see this charge reversed.
