60 service fee!

I had a tech come out to fix my motion detector and change setting he was supposed to do during intial installation and noticed I was charged $60.  At no time on the phone to set up appointment or during appointment was a charge mentioned?  The actual product is amazing, the constant changing in billing and lack of communication is unacceptable.  Worth paying more to get out of xfinity once trial is over...
