60 Dollar installation fee?!?!


 I was told that I would have my installation fee waived.... and now here we are. I have my bill for a 60 dollar installation fee. 
I have called now 3 times addressing this fee, and they are telling me that they will give me 30 dollars off that fee.  So I will end up owing them 30. I am thankful that they would offer that 30 dollars off, but the issue is that I was told this fee of 60 dollars would be waived. This is not right.
