When I switched to xfinity triple play I was told if I would also switch to xfinity mobile at the same time I would receive a $500. Gift card. After three months Inasked for it and was told Inwould get it soon. Well it's been well over six months and no card.
This is very unfair and unfortunately what I expected. Comcast is just another big monopoly that will say and do whatever they need to get your business. Then pretend the offer never existed.
BTW, Istill have the brochure that the sales rep gave me that says
" switch everything now including mobile and receive a $500. gift card "
