$45 online vs. $50 call in per month

  • xifinity online offers $45/mo on the spanish channel while call in was $50. It took me a while to speak with the rep and the manager said he would manually update my bill after sign in for the $5 credit. I haven't seen it in the first month invoice.
  • Same as eco bill & auto pay -- maybe it would be credited from 2nd bill as first bill generated back in Apr before i set it up?
  • TV channel still not working. Called in early the rep said account been activated but it could be affected by the area outrage. it's been another week still "outrage". TV has channel with schedule just picture shows s0a00 error.

I can help with the issues you are having with your account. As for the $5 self service discount, if you are eligible to receive this, it will appear on your account within 45 days of both Ecobill and auto-pay are enabled on your account. In regard to the issues you are having with your channels, I would like to investigate that for you. In order assist you, please send me a private message verifying your first and last name, street address including city state and zip code, and the full account number or phone number associated with your services.
