4 year long harassment

I have been told BY Comcast that I have NO unpaid fees for past residence service NOR equipment, yet I continue to get collections agencies trying to collect money on behalf of Comcast! I just received a new letter of harassment from AFNI today! I want this to stop. NO ONE at Comcast will help me and I’ve had it up to here! I’m going to take drastic measures next.

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Team available to the Forums. A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.
