Seeking NEW update for outage since it’s been 24hours long

I also have been out since 11pm last night-with no reason-texted out to comcast-no issues in area supposedly, restarted modem checked connection-still nothing-bill isn’t due for 2 weeks. frustrating

Whats the modem stats page say ? please state modem model
