I have been using the Xfinity mobile service since August 2017. When I signed up, I was told that I will be receiving a $200 Visa card after 2 billing periods. It has been about 8 months now and still no update on this. I had also called customer service and was told to check on the Xfinity rebates website. The website does not return anything.
Any idea how I can get an update on this?
