I was hoping someone can answer this for me since everytime I call comcast I get a different answer...
I am in a 2 year contract (triple play) which includes T.V., Internet, Phone. I was told my bill would be 119.99 a month. Every month it kept going up 20- dollars so I had to call every month to get that deducted. Then I got an outragous 200. dollar bill I was told I went over my internet, they deducted part of that. Now I am told I have to pay 50$ on top of my contract amount for my internet which is included in my bundle. So now my bill is 223.96 dollars a month and I am not even a year into my contract. No one I talk to can explain this to me they just give me a small credit then get me off the phone. I have been a customer for 10+ years. I am just not gettting the answers. So I am reaching out.
It sounds as though you're going over the 1GB internet cap every month and you're being charged overage fees. That $50 they mentioned to you is for unlimited internet. Even though it raises your bill, it also will stabilize the price you're paying each month.
Have you tried comparing your last month's bill side by side with your new bill to compare line by line for any differences? You're new bill should have a breakdown of every charge.
